Brief: Publicise an industrial and logistics development on the outskirts of Kettering. A tough one!
Solution: A cross media marketing campaign that uses the language of electricity and power to switch on potential buyers to the development’s twin USPs: a 10 megawatt supply (enough for most industries) and fast build delivery.
